	about OFFF OFFF is a platform for web development, net art, experimental music and new audio-visual languages. OFFF, as an offline festival, generates conferences, workshops, spaces in which people advance their knowledge and share it with other developers and artists. Besides it offers concerts and experimental music sessions, mixed media exhibitions and visual art screenings.It functions both on-line and off-line, in forms of a 3-day event organized in the city of Barcelona. OFFF gathers all kinds of people interested in creative work and languages using digital technology and the Internet. OFFF 2002 will be taking place at the Jaume 1 building of the UPF (Universitat Pompeu Fabra) in Barcelona, Spain on March 21st, 22nd and 23rd 2002.
