STUDIO VISIT AT LAb[au]

ARRANGE A STUDIO VISIT
AND DISCOVER LAb[au]

LAb[au]’s Brussels studio is conceived as an autonomous structure for production, research, presentation, and exchange. At its centre is a workshop where the studio develops and fabricates its works itself, alongside an experimental space where ideas, materials, and processes are investigated and tested.

A gallery space of more than 300 m² presents an extensive and continually changing selection of works. Here, completed pieces, ongoing experiments, archival material, and large-scale installations in production coexist, allowing visitors to discover individual works as well as the conceptual and formal relationships between them.

Together with LAb[au] Editions, the studio and its gallery provide greater autonomy from the conventional formats and schedules of galleries and art fairs. They are not merely spaces for presenting or distributing existing works but structures that enable certain types of works to be produced, experienced, and circulated on their own terms.

Studio visits are conceived as moments of encounter and exchange. Visitors are warmly welcome by appointment. To arrange a visit, please use the form on this page, suggest a preferred date, and tell us briefly about your interest.
